The difference between Target and Sporter chambers is this:

The Sporter can shoot anything reliably, including CCI brand, whilst the Target is a tighter chamber which is shorter and will NOT shoot CCI and some brands of bulk ammo reliably. The trade off however is that with the right ammo the Target is more accurate than the Sporter.
